Darren Bolton

As Group Creative Director of Gyro, Darren is responsible for the direction of all creative projects that Gyro undertakes around the world and has played a key part in building the outstanding creative teams Gyro has in all of its locations around the world.

Darren is responsible for leading all of the creative teams and ensuring that they remain at the cutting edge of the design world. Spending time in all of Gyro's offices enables him to have a real insight into how global or European campaigns can work best. Darren manages a number of key clients on a day-to-day basis and recently helped the London team win an award at the DMA Awards for best direct mail 2003.

Darren is an accomplished creative brand expert with more than 13 years experience, 9 of which have been with Gyro.

Having graduated in 1991, Darren joined a small agency in central London working as a designer on a number of government based projects. He then freelanced for 2 years enabling him to gain experience and exposure with several notable B2B organisations. He then joined Parlour Wood, where he worked with Ford - helping to re-brand their literature across Europe - Black and Decker, London Underground and Nintendo, whom he helped to launch GameBoy within the UK marketplace.
